We monitor bills of interest during committee work and debate on the chamber floors, and we keep our clients informed in real time. We provide a permanent presence for our clients before, during, and after the legislative session.

REGULATORY AFFAIRS

Simmons Consulting understands that many decisions are made outside the capitol that affect our clients’ businesses. Maintaining a presence for our clients during hearings, meetings, and regulatory initiatives is vital. These informative meetings indicate regulatory trends and future legislative action from state agencies that may affect our clients. Using all the information collected, we can better anticipate issues and prepare future action plans.

PROCUREMENT PROCESS

Simmons Consulting offers full service procurement analysis, action plan development, and implementation. We understand the process, we know the people making the decisions, and we have a track record of successfully helping our clients win procurements. MONITORING

If you do not need a full array of legislative or regulatory services, we offer monitoring services and can alert you if more action is needed. We will monitor proposed legislation and track it as it moves through the process. We also monitor Mississippi judicial opinions, and we will advise our clients of anything that may require their attention as they do business in Mississippi.
